Minimum booking is for 2 nights and includes both the 4 bedroom house and 1 bedroom self contained annex for up to 12 guests.
Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Please see the about page for available beds (including sofa beds) to ensure the property is suitable for your group. Booking fee is 50% in advance and we operate only refundable if at least 60 days before your stay. Final balance is due at least 14 days before your stay.
Check In: 4pm Check Out: 10am
Please note we may be able to offer early check in and check out but this will depend on whether other bookings are in place for that date. A charge is available for this.
